Verify horse identities via microchips, neck tattoos, and markings prior to racing; maintain regulatory compliance. Record and check equipment changes. Maintain and clean saddle pads. Harness racing experience is an asset.

Supervise paddock operations, inspect equipment, coordinate post parades, ensure safety standards, communicate with judges, and direct trainers, drivers, and grooms. Must pass a licensing exam with Standardbred Canada.

Valid OFA Advanced (or equivalent First Aid certification); provide on-track emergency medical response.

Advanced equestrian skills required; maintain track safety, manage loose horses, and escort race fields.

Cash handling, processing wagering transactions, and delivering top-tier customer service to guests.
